Cole County R-1 School District are provided by Durham School Services.

Bus Transportation Form
Please print and complete a hard copy of the Bus Transportation Form for the 2026/2027 school year. You can scan a copy of the form and send as an email attachment.
iPhone Users - create PDF
To create a PDF using the Notes app on an iPhone or iPad, you can scan a document into a note:
- Open the Notes app and start a new document
- Select the Camera icon
- Choose Scan Documents
- Position the camera over the document and take a picture
- If the image isn't clear, you can retake the picture
- Select Keep Scan
- Select Save
- Name the file (FamilyName-Bus-Transportation) and save it as a PDF
Android Users - create PDF
To create a PDF using the Notes app on an Android device, you can take a photo of a document and save it as a PDF:
- Open the Notes app
- Start a new note by tapping the pencil icon in the bottom right corner
- Tap the camera icon
- Select Scan Documents
- Point your phone's camera at the document, as flat as possible
- The camera will scan the document as a PDF
- Tap Save to Files or select the Share button. Be sure to name the file (FamilyName-Bus-Transportation).
Please submit only one form per household. Send all pdf attachments to one of the above mentioned names from Durham.
Bus Route Information
Bus stop information for the current school year is available by contacting the district office by calling 573-782-3313 x 1102. As a safety precaution, the entire bus routes are only available upon request.
